Therefore, as changes occur, they are immediately translated into audit exhibits and questions so that our outsource audit division and the auditors working therein are always up to date.
For SecondLook Software Clients: Thousands of audit related questions and exhibits (including over 300 state specific disclosure forms) distributed to SecondLook Licensees are consistently monitored and updated by our Compliance /Legal Division. This ensures that the rules-based information in SecondLook Software is continually up-to-date, thus freeing the audit manager from the arduous task of keeping the audit questions, rules and exhibits up to date.
