TenA
maintains an in-house legal division that supports the Audit Outsourcing, SecondLook Software and InfoBureau Services Divisions. TENA's legal team continually monitors Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, FHLB, and Federal and State law for all 50 states and the District  of Columbia.

For Audit Outsourcing Clients: Our legal division continually monitors statutes, regulations and compliance matters as they pertain to mortgage lending. Therefore, as changes occur, they are immediately translated into audit exhibits and questions so that our outsource audit division and the auditors working therein are always up to date.

For SecondLook Software Clients: Thousands of audit related questions and exhibits (including over 300 state specific disclosure forms) distributed to SecondLook Licensees are consistently monitored and updated by our Compliance /Legal Division. This ensures that the rules-based information in SecondLook Software is continually up-to-date, thus freeing the audit manager from the arduous task of keeping the audit questions, rules and exhibits up to date. This service is free to all SecondLook Licensees.

For All TenA Clients: Staff members in this division field questions from TenA clients regarding statutory, regulatory and compliance matters. Simply go to the Contact Us section of our web site and direct your question via email to our Compliance/Legal Research Division. You'll be contacted either by email or phone and your question addressed within 24 hours. This service is free to all TenA clients.

Note: TenA's Compliance/Legal Division will present its rationale or reasoning behind any statutory or regulatory matter related to TenA's product lines; however the information and answers received from this process should not be construed as, nor are they intended to constitute legal advice or counsel.
