Freddie Mac issued Bulletin 2016-08 (Bulletin). This Bulletin updates the postsettlement delivery fee cap structure for Home Possible and Home Possible Advantage® Mortgages announced in Bulletin 2015-21. Specifically, this Bulletin removes the delivery fee cap eligibility requirements based on area median income or the location of the Mortgaged Premises in an Underserved Area. All other changes in Bulletin 2015-21 remain in effect as announced.
