FHA issued Mortgagee Letter 2020-49, announcing updates to the Addendum to Uniform Residential Loan Application (Form HUD-92900-A). Per the Mortgagee Letter, the updated Addendum contains significant revisions and is reorganized in a logical, easy-to-read, and understandable format. The updated Addendum is available for immediate use.
