Arizona passed a bill repealing and reenacting the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts. The reenacted Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts is modeled upon the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts proposed by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Law. The bill becomes effective June 30, 2022.
