Freddie Mac issued Bulletin 2021-28 (Bulletin), announcing the expiration of temporary COVID-19 related underwriting requirements related to age of documentation, evidence of liquidation of stocks, stock options or mutual funds, and reserves. The requirements are expired effective August 11, 2021.
