Fannie Mae issued Lender Letter LL-2021-03 to extend temporary verification of employment and power of attorney flexibilities due to COVID-19. The temporary flexibilities have been extended through April 30, 2021. Per the Lender Letter, this is the final extension of the temporary flexibilities.
