Fannie Mae issued Lender Letter LL-2016-04. The Lender Letter updates the MassHousing Mortgage Insurance Fund’s loan loss reserve agreement and other forms. The Lender Letter also updates the list of approved mortgage insurance forms and the list of approved mortgage insurers and related identifiers.
