This Announcement: updates Form 629 (Request for Approval of Servicing or Subservicing Transfer); removes the Desktop Originator and Desktop Underwriter maintenance fee from the Servicing Guide; updates the New Jersey maximum allowable foreclosure attorney fee on the Allowable Foreclosure Attorney Fees Exhibit; introduces the Servicing Guide Change Control Log; and reminds servicers that all referrals for default related legal services must be to law firms selected and retained pursuant to the requirements set forth in Servicing Guide A4-2.2-01.
