Fannie Mae issued Servicing Guide Announcement SVC-2016-03 (Announcement). This Announcement: eliminates the special servicer approval requirement with respect to Texas Section 50(a)(6) mortgage loans; allows reimbursement for any loan level price adjustments that may have been previously paid when certain mortgage loans are repurchased; and removes the requirement to use Daily Journal Corporation newspapers in the State of California for non-judicial foreclosure publication.
