Fannie Mae issued an update to Lender Letter LL-2021-03 to retire COVID-19 age of documentation and market-based asset policies. The policies are retired effective August 11, 2021. All remaining COVID-19 policies set forth in the Lender Letter continue to be effective until further notice.
