Fannie Mae revised the Tennessee security instrument Standard Form (Form 3043) and Short Form (Form 3043-SF), and updated the instructions for the Multistate SOFR ARM Riders (Form 3441 and Form 3442). The revision to the Tennessee security instrument removes redundant language in the definition of Note. The update to the instructions for the Multistate SOFR ARM Riders clarifies the Pennsylvania authorized changes. The revision and update only apply to the recently modified forms (with a footer date of 07/2021 or later). The changes are effective January 1, 2023 (however, lenders may implement the changes immediately).
