Fannie Mae updated reimbursement criteria for certain servicer expenses related to foreclosure. The updated reimbursement criteria relates to the reimbursement of foreclosure attorney fees, sale publication costs, property inspections, legal sales tax, and non-recoverable advances. In addition, Fannie Mae updated several line items in the LoanSphere Invoicing application. The updates are effective immediately.
