FHA issued Mortgagee Letter 2021-02 announcing expanded capabilities in the FHA Catalyst: Single Family Origination Module for collection of the Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD). Beginning January 19, 2021, mortgagees may use the FHA Catalyst: Single Family Origination Module for the optional submission of the UCD for Title II Single Family forward mortgages.
