The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) published updates to its Single Family Housing Policy Handbook 4000.1 (SF Handbook), and launched a number of updated training and information tools for mortgagees and other stakeholders. Collectively, these updates are designed to make it more efficient for mortgagees and others to access, understand, and use the SF Handbook and the policies it contains.
