Freddie Mac announced updates to the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency’s (MHFA) Mortgage Insurance Fund forms. On or after October 1, 2016, lender’s selling mortgages with insurance coverage provided by the MHFA’s Mortgage Insurance Fund must ensure that the policy is under the updated and approved Loan Loss Reserve Agreement, related endorsements and other forms.
