Freddie Mac issued Guide Bulletin 2021-10 to extend temporary verification of employment, appraisal, condominium project and power of attorney flexibilities due to COVID-19. The temporary flexibilities have been extended through April 30, 2021. Per the Bulletin, this is the final extension of the temporary verification of employment, condominium project and power of attorney flexibilities.
