RHS amended chapter 18 of the SFH Guaranteed Loan Program Technical Handbook (HB-1-3555). Pursuant to the amendments, RHS revised guidance with respect to the servicing of non-performing loans. The amendments to chapter 18 will be published, and become effective, May 1, 2018.
