RHS amended chapter 3 of the SFH Guaranteed Loan Program Technical Handbook (HB-1-3555). Pursuant to the amendments, RHS added language to specify that lender re-certification will take place every two years. In addition, RHS amended Form 1940-43 (Notice of Right to Cancel). The amendments went into effect May 15, 2018.
