RHS revised Form RD 3555-21 (Request for Single Family Housing Loan Guarantee). The revised form no longer includes the income calculation worksheets. However, RHS announced lenders are still required to document annual and repayment income calculations for every loan. Effective May 1, 2021, all loans submitted to RHS must include revised Form RD 3555-21.
