VA issued Circular 26-21-09 to clarify the continued use of VA Form 26-1802a (HUD/VA Addendum to URLA). Per the Circular, VA will continue to utilize VA Form 26-1802a (HUD/VA Addendum) for all loan applications in VA’s home loan program despite HUD announcing the discontinued use of the combined HUD-Form 92900-A and VA Form 26-1802a.
