RHS revised chapters 2, 15, and 16 of the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program Technical Handbook (HB-1-3555). The updates to chapter 2 pertain to record retention requirements. The updates to chapter 15 pertain to application submission requirements. The updates to chapter 16 pertain to closing the loan and requesting the guarantee. The updates went into effect May 09, 2022.
