Fannie Mae corrected the Allowable Foreclosure Attorney Fees Exhibit. The correction to the Allowable Foreclosure Attorney Fees Exhibit corrects the Louisiana judicial foreclosure fee from $2,800 (previously published on Dec. 21, 2022) to $2,700. The correction is effective February 1, 2023.
