Fannie Mae revised the District of Columbia Security Instrument Form (Form 3009). The revision to the District of Columbia Security Instrument increases clarity to paragraph 26(a) (pertaining to notice of default). The revision only applies to the recently modified forms (with a footer date of 07/2021 or later). The changes went into effect on June 28, 2023.
