The updates to chapter 4 pertain to lender responsibilities. The updates to chapter 5 pertain to origination and underwriting overview. The updates to chapter 8 pertain to applicant characteristics. The updates to chapter 9 pertain to income analysis. The updates to chapter 10 pertain to credit analysis. The updates to chapter 15 pertain to submitting the application package. The updates to chapter 16 pertain to closing the loan and requesting the guarantee. The updates become effective August 05, 2025.
