VA revised topic 33 of chapter 12 of the Lender’s Handbook (M26-7). Topic 33, relating to wood destroying insects/fungus/dry rot, of chapter 12 was revised to clarify the specific counties in certain states where wood-destroying insect inspections are required. The revisions went into effect July 11, 2025.
