How It Works
Using TENA’s proprietary SECONDLOOK Audit Software, our auditors examine each step in the loan origination process and validate that the information provided in each selected file is correct. Income, assets, employment history and credit reports are re-verified. Each file is reviewed using SECONDLOOK testing scripts comprised of the most up-to-date and relevant testing questions, including optional State Compliance.
TENA Web Services (TWS)
With TENA’s cloud-based platform, TENA Web Services (TWS), clients are able to manage the remediation process for audit findings and receive audit results electronically on any device with a web browser.
