Fannie Mae issued Lender Letter LL-2021-04 to extend temporary appraisal flexibilities due to COVID-19. The temporary flexibilities have been extended through May 31, 2021. Per the Lender Letter, this is the final extension of the temporary policies related to appraisal flexibilities, with the exception of the HomeStyle Renovation seasoning policy.
