Freddie Mac issued Guide Bulletin 2021-15 (Bulletin) to extend temporary flexibilities due to COVID-19. The temporary flexibilities relate to appraisals, completion reports (including builder certification and GreenCHOICE Mortgage flexibilities) and CHOICERenovation mortgages and have been extended through May 31, 2021. Per the Bulletin, this is the final extension of the temporary flexibilities.
