Fannie Mae updated Lender Letter LL-2021-02 to increase the expense reimbursement limit by $5 for interior and exterior property inspections. The interior property inspection maximum reimbursement amount has increased to $25 (from $20) and the exterior property inspection maximum reimbursement amount has increased to $20 (from $15). The updated Lender Letter is effective immediately.
