Fannie Mae issued Servicing Guide Announcement SVC-2025-03 (Announcement), setting forth updates to the Servicing Guide. Per the Announcement, Fannie Mae increased various property preservation expense reimbursement limits in F-1-05 (Expense Reimbursement) and updated preservation guidance within the Property Preservation Matrix and Reference Guide. The updated policy changes are effective immediately and apply to any impacted service completed on or after June 11, 2025.
