Fannie Mae revised the District of Columbia Security Instrument Form (Form 3009). The revision to the District of Columbia Security Instrument provides further clarity and replaces the prior 06/2023 version. The revision only applies to the recently modified forms (with a footer date of 07/2021 or later). The changes went into effect August 23, 2023.
