Fannie Mae revised the Tennessee Security Instrument Form (Form 3043). The revision updates paragraph 26(c) pertaining to a change in the state’s attorney’s fee statute to ensure the form complies with current law regarding the fees for foreclosure proceedings. The changes went into effect September, 2025.
