FHA issued FHA Info 2024-89 announcing that the FHA Catalyst: Case Binder Module can now accept servicing binders from FHA-approved servicers when requested by FHA for various servicing oversight and monitoring reviews. Submissions utilizing FHA Catalyst: Case Binder Module are effective December 16, 2025.
