Freddie Mac issued an update to Bulletin 2024-07 to update the effective date related to the flood insurance premium to be used in qualification. Per the update to the Bulletin, Freddie Mac extended the effective date for this provision to mortgages with Note dates on or after April 1, 2025 (previously, this provision was for mortgages with Note dates on or after September, 2024).
