RHS issued a SFH Guaranteed Servicing Notice (Notice) announcing new default status reason codes for electronic status reporting. Per the Notice, RHS added 12 new status reason codes servicers are required to utilize to complete the servicer’s monthly default status reporting. The Notice is effective May 25, 2022.
