RHS issued a SFH Guaranteed Origination Notice (Notice) revising the effective date of a recently adopted rule amending manufactured housing provisions under the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program. On January 3, 2025, RHS adopted rules amending manufactured housing provisions under the SFHGLP with an effective date of March 4, 2025. This Notice revises the effective date to May 5, 2025.
