Ohio Allows Mortgage Business at Remote Locations

Ohio passed a bill allowing mortgage business at remote locations. Under the bill, lender, brokers, and servicers licensed under the Residential Mortgage Lending Act (RMLA), and entities holding a certificate of exemption under the RMLA, may conduct mortgage business at a remote location if certain conditions are met.
