Freddie Mac issued Bulletin 2018-11, postponing previously announced updates to the Service Loans application. Pursuant to the Bulletin, updates to the Service Loans application originally scheduled for July 23, 2018 (announced in Bulletin 2018-6) have been postponed and will now be implemented on August 13, 2018. In addition, the temporary moratorium on Subsequent Transfers of Servicing and intra-servicer portfolio move requests and updates to existing requests has moved to July 30, 2018 through August 12, 2018 (rather than July 9, 2018 through July 20, 2018).
