Montana adopted rules increasing mortgage lender and servicer license renewal fees under the Montana Mortgage Act. Per the rule adoption, the renewal fee for a mortgage lender and servicer’s principal office was increased to $750 (previously, $187.50). The rule adoption went into effect September 26, 2023.
