Oregon Allows Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators and Employees to Work at Home

Oregon adopted a rule allowing licensed mortgage loan originators and employees to work at home. Under the rule adoption, a mortgage banker or mortgage broker licensed under the Oregon Mortgage Lender Law may allow licensed mortgage loan originators and employees to work at home if certain conditions are met. The bill becomes effective October 1, 2022.
